Player Development & Skill Building

The Elite Football League Division Format is designed to foster gradual development of football concepts, game knowledge and skill-building. For younger players, the focus is on building confidence, learning to play with others, and grasping the basic concepts of football, such as catching, running, breaking down plays, and proper breakdown flag pulling techniques.

As players progress through different divisions, they continue to enhance their skills, transitioning from fundamental foundation techniques to advanced concepts such as lateral movement, field angles, and other essential skills for success as more players are introduced to the field of play.

This structured progression ensures a safe, competitive, and fun environment, with rules in place to support player safety, development and enjoyment.
